Reynolds Morse's book "Dalí: a study of his life and work", which Dalí dedicated to the dancer Jane Mason - in whose it remained until recently. The drawing depicts some of the most representative characters of surrealist imagination, as the lonely figures, the Angelus, the ant, the skull and distorted self-depictons of the artist painting.
