Lacquered metal.
The Pathé Baby camera, manufactured by the company Pathé Frères, was the first home projector on the market, and one of the smallest they had ever manufactured up to that time.  It played 9.5 mm silent film tapes. It was operated manually by means of a side crank. The early version, the standard Pathé Baby, was sold between 1922 and 1935.
