Book of poems and prose by Joan Brossa, illustrated by Antoni Tàpies.
Copy no. 36, signed by both artists.
The ‘suite’ of drawings by Tàpies that illustrate the book were made between 1950 and 1951 and is titled ‘Història natural’ (Natural History).
This copy does not include the lithographs and etchings that originally accompanied it.
