Model designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel for the guard room or antechamber of Charlottenhof Palace in Potsdam for King Frederick William IV of Prussia.
Turned wood with rush seat. Varnished finish from a later period.
One of them with severe breaks in the backrest. Restorations. Holes caused by woodworm, apparently inactive, and restoration of these.
