Lot description

Fernando García Nicolau was a prominent Valencian furniture maker who ran the company Mariano García, specialised in classic carved furniture. During the 1970's and 1980's, he was a major exporter to the United States, where his furniture was used in TV series such as Dynasty, Dallas, Hotel and Falcon Crest. Through agreements with Hollywood and his adaptation to American tastes, he achieved prestige in the luxury television market.
