Elm wood structure with brass applications and fabric seat. Horseshoe-shaped backrest and legs joined by a footrest.

Originally, this kind of chair was used by emperors or high-ranking officials. These chairs accompanied their owners on their hunts, hence the name of "hunting chair", while the servants carried them on their backs, which made them easier to transport as they were foldable.
