Lot description

Patinated bronze, black marble bases. The two female figures are probably bacchantes. Signed "Pradier" & the mark of the "Susse Fres" foundation. A similar pair were auctioned in "The Sir Ralph and Lady Halpern Collection" sale at Christies in London on 24th February 2005 (lot 6).
