Con leyenda referente a la decoración hecha por Subirachs del edificio "Novíssim" del Ajuntamiento de Barcelona en la plaza de Sant Miquel: "Sent alcalde de Barcelona Josep Mª Porcioles Colomer i arquitectes d''aquesta nova casa de la ciutat García-Barbón i Giralt-Ortet, he realitzat aquesta obra glosant l''escut de la ciutat amb la col·laboració de la foneria Ginfer de Reus. Barcelona 1966. Subirachs escultor".
